Does ChecklistSquad work offline?

Our basement and some guest floors have no signal. Can the crew keep working there?

Yes. The app keeps your checklists on the phone, and in the browser, so people can tick steps, answer, block, comment and take photos with no signal. Changes are saved on the device first and sent when it’s back online.

Nobody has to do anything special. To see what’s still waiting to send, open Profile → Data:

When the device reconnects, the list empties and Data says Up to date.

  • A photo taken offline stays on the phone and uploads by itself later. The team sees the step as done straight away.
  • You can set up a recurring checklist offline too. It reaches ChecklistSquad, and its first checklist is made, when you’re next online.
  • Signing out deletes photos that haven’t uploaded yet from that phone. The app warns you first if any are waiting.
